Immediately after state elections, the member with 'state level access privileges' needs to update all of the state leadership positions.
State Officers
If you make a mistake, simply delete that entry and add a new one.
State Committee Chairs
You can update the State Committee Chairs using the same method as above, with one change. When you select "Committee Chair", "Committee Vice-Chair" or "Committee Member", the dropdown below gives a list of committees from which to choose. (This is the only way to indicate committee chairs before the previous chair's term has expired.)
An easier way to update the State Committee Chairs after they've changed is to go to: "Update State Committee Chairs" from the Member Database.
Any committees without a state chair will have a "Select" button. Select the chair's name and enter the starting and ending dates, then "Update".
Use the "Assign Member Leadership Positions" to add future state chairs.
